Master Summary
Total Shipments
2,102
Feb 7β28, 2026
Total Shipments
Count of all shipments processed by UF across all carriers in the selected period. Includes UPS, DHL, eHub/USPS, FedEx, and USPS. Does not include pickups, freight, or non-postage orders.
Total Billed
$48,538
Applied to clients
Total Billed
The rate applied to each client's shipment in Shipedge β what UF charged the client for postage. This is the "applied rate" from the Shipedge export, not the carrier's actual invoice amount.
Carrier Cost
$36,402
Actual invoices
Carrier Cost
What UF (as the 3PL) actually paid to the carrier β sourced from UPS, DHL, eHub, FedEx, and USPS invoices. UF pays carriers directly, then charges clients the Applied Rate. Excludes the $4.75 handling fee which is a separate line item.
Profit
$11,992
24.7% margin
Profit / Margin
Profit = What UF charged clients β What UF paid carriers. UF is the 3PL β they buy postage at carrier rates and mark it up. The $4.75 handling fee is separate revenue. Margin % = Profit Γ· Billed. Healthy target: 20β30% depending on carrier mix.
Billbacks to Recover
$1,085
Post-delivery adj.
Billbacks to Recover
Post-delivery charges applied by carriers after the shipment closed β weight/dim corrections, address corrections, returns, and import duties. UF paid these but has not yet invoiced the client. This money is owed to UF.

DHL Billing β Corrected Model (Mar 13 2026)
Previous $93K "unbilled surcharges" figure was a phantom based on wrong assumptions.
DHL API sends all-in rate to Shipedge (fuel + signature + residential all baked in).
Shipedge marks up the full rate. Surcharges ARE passing through to clients.
Real issue: DHL weight adjustments (~$4K absorbed all-time on 386 shipments).
Action: Bill clients based on DHL invoiced weight, not quoted weight.
